One Person office run by Bob Willey who Completed 30 years of DOD service in 1995. During the last years of his service Mr. Willey was an Engineering and Construction program Manager for HQ USAFE/CEC at Ramstein AB, Germany. Since completing his federal career Mr. Willey has been a consultant to A-E firms and prime construction contractors.
Virtually all services are provided over electronic media from Bob's Home Office. Thus an experienced project manager can be added to your staff, on a case by case basis, without the expense inherent to provision of a work station and extensive travel.
